RETURNS

Please note that ALL items purchased on our website are final sale and we DO NOT provide returns, exchanges or refunds.

If the product is defective, your order may be eligible for a return or exchange. For defective items purchased, follow the returns process described below.

We thank you (and all our customers) for understanding the above policy.

REFUND

Once your returned item is received and inspected to be defective, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items cannot be refunded/exchanged as they are PRE-ORDERED at an exact number that was bought.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Products or items with obvious signs of use;
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to customer use; and
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after you received it.
